SCVJ Journal Paper Format

Our manuscript submission format is double column Microsoft office Word file (.docx or .doc) with maximum of 12 pages per publication fees.
Note that each extra page (double column) will cost additional 20% of the publcation fee.

Submission By E-Mail

1. The Subject of email Should be: Manuscript Issue Nunber (Example:- June 2019 Issue) "Paper Title".
2. The Cover letter should be undersigned by all the authors(optional).
3. The Manuscript should be sent in .doc / .docx format.
4. The research area should be included in the Manuscript in order to fasten the review process.
5. The manuscript should be sent to editor@scienceviewjournal.org.

Special Notes for All Authors

1. All manuscripts are accepted on the bases that they have not been previously accepted for publication or published by another journal.
2. The author should obtain the necessary copyright release and submit it along with the manuscript, if copyrighted document is used.
3. All papers used in the research should be properly acknowledged and referenced.
4. The review process is double-blind; that is, the reviewer does not know who the manuscript author(s) is and the author(s) does not know who has reviewed the manuscript.
5. All papers of the journal are peer reviewed by three independent reviewers. Acceptance is granted when two reviewer's recommendations are positive.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

1. The manuscripts should be a clearly described original and carefully confirmed research that is verifiable.
2. The submitted papers MUST be written in English using "MS Word" with the specified SCVJ double column format. "Times New Roman" and font size of 12 should be used.
3. The submitted papers should be grammatically correct, additional fee may be charged by the editor for correction if the manuscript has extensive grammatical mistakes which would be intimated to the corresponding author before final acceptance.
4. The research manuscript should contain minimum 4 pages to maximum of 20 pages.
5. Submissions must include a Title page, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if any) and References.
6. The APA (American Psychological Association) reference format and proper citations should be used.
7. All manuscript must be submitted as shown in SCVJ A4 DOUBLE COLUMN FORMAT after acceptance.
